Accommodation Booking Policy

1. CHECK-IN TIME: 1200 HRS. (12 PM) - CHECK-OUT TIME: 1000 HRS. (10 AM)
2. Booking is non-transferable
3. In case of cancellation, 100% Cancellation charges will be applicable.
4. All Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal courts and local administration only.
5. Please carry a valid photo identity card along with Booking receipt at the time of check-in.
6. Management reserve the right to cancel advance booking in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances
7. No refund will be processed in case of booking cancellation; however, customer can once change the date of booking before 48 hrs prior to the check in time.
8. Change in date of booking can't be possible within 48 hrs prior to check in.
9. Damage to the property of any kind will be assessed by the destination management and the client will be liable to pay the damages before leaving the premise.

Camping Package Booking Policy

1. Camping Package will be available between 1 pm to 10 am.
2. Night Stay will be in tents
3. Booking is non-transferable.
4. Booking is acceptable at least 72 hrs prior to date of arrival.
5. In case of cancellation, 100% Cancellation charges will be applicable and No refunds will be provided.
6. All Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal courts and local administration only.
7. Please carry a valid photo identity card along with Booking receipt at the time of check-in.
8. Management reserve the right to cancel advance booking in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances
