Any online or offline use of our logo or information by any other party or service provider at any other destination apart from listed on our website, including modification, distribution, or replication, any form of data or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission of Chief Executive Officer, MP Ecotourism Development Board is illegal. The adventure trips and activities at MPEDB Destinations involve certain dangers and risks. By booking the above services the user acknowledges its voluntary participation in those adventures and related activities entails known and inherent risks, as well asunknown/unanticipated risks which could result in serious physical, mental or emotional injury or trauma, paralysis, death, drowning, illness anddisease or damage to yourself, third parties and your own or others' property. In case of School Students, a consent signed by the parents for participation of their children in the trip is deemed to have been honored, which is the responsibility of the agency / school making the booking. MPEDB will not bear any responsibility or liability in this regard. MP Ecotourism Development Board and its officers, employees, local community members (collectively its staff) will not be held responsible for any injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by any participants during the trip.
