The official website of MPEDB has been developed to provide informationabout the Ecotourism Destinations in Madhya Pradeshand as an online platform to the users to select and book a visit to a particular destination. The documents and information displayed on the website are for reference purposes only and cannot be claimed to be a legal document. Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. ROLE OF MPEDB AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF MPEDB
Ecotourism is responsible travel to natural and forest areas that safeguards the integrity of the ecosystem and produces economic benefits for local communities that can encourage conservation of forests and environment. Following the mandate, the destinations of MPEDB are mostly operated through the local community members and MPEDB acts as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the users to select and book a visit to a particular destination. All the information pertaining to the destination including the category of the rooms, tents, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the destination is for reference only.

Any discrepancy that may exist between the guests and the destination management shall be brought to the notice of our General managers, who are also the Divisional Forest Officers (DFOs) Territorial or Field Directors (FDs)by whom the area is administered in the particular district of Madhya Pradesh. MPEDB will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies. The whole-sole responsibility lies with the respective (DFOs/FDs)

The User has to be in possession of a valid identity proof and address proof, at the time of check-in. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the destination in-charge may charge an additional fee for providing such services as per their norms.

Some banks and card issuing companies charge their account holders a transaction fee when the card issuer and the merchant location (as defined by the card brand, e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are in different countries. If a User has any questions about the fees or any exchange rate applied, they may contact their bank or the card issuing company through which payment was made. MPEDB or the local destination management holds no responsibility in this regard.

The guests will be obligated to follow the guidelines of ecotourism and adhere to the various forest laws and rules set in the destination while respecting the local traditions and civil laws.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
