Erect shrub; leaves linear, grey with fine hairs, erect, simple or finely divided, lamina dissected or undissected, flat, sub-pinnatisect, margins revolute, covering the lower surface of the narrow leaf blade, forming two grooves with the midvein, hairs straight; inflorescence axillary or terminal racemes; flowers zygomorphic, yellow; perianth glandular or hairy with simple hairs, lobes free; stamens 4, stipitate; ovary stipitate, ovoid, hairy, style cylindric, hairy, yellow; fruit ellipsoid or ovoid, follicles hairy.
