Charkheda Eco Jungle Camp is an initiative of Madhya Pradesh Ecotourism Development Board which is 20 km far from the famous religious place Sant Singaji Samadhi in Khandwa district and 30 km from Hanumantiya island. Naturally, this area is also home to various wildlife and due to Indira Sagar and backwater Agni River, some parts of the camp site are submerged in water, hence there is water throughout the year. On both its banks, wild animals and various birds live, which play an important role in natural diversity. This ecotourism camp site attracts wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers towards its butterfly park. Around 82 species of butterflies sight here. For the conservation and preservation of butterflies many flowers plants here. Being filled with water all around with colorful butterflies activity prove that it is naturally a very peaceful and pleasant destination for visitors. चारखेड़ा इको जंगल कैंप मध्य प्रदेश इकोपर्यटन विकास बोर्ड की एक पहल है जो खंडवा जिले के प्रसिद्ध धार्मिक स्थल संत सिंगाजी समाधि से 20 किमी और हनुमंतिया द्वीप से 30 किमी दूर है। स्वाभाविक रूप से, यह क्षेत्र विभिन्न वन्य प्राणीयोंएवं जलीय जीव जन्तुयों का भी घर है और इंदिरा सागर और बैकवाटर अग्नि नदी के कारण, केम्प साईट के कुछ हिस्से पानी में डूबे हुए हैं, इसलिए साल भर पानी रहता है। इसके दोनों किनारों पर जंगली जानवर और विभिन्न पक्षी रहते हैं, जो प्राकृतिक विविधता में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। यह इको पर्यटन गंतव्य स्थल वन्यप्राणि प्रेमियों और प्रकृति प्रेमियों को अपने तितली पार्क की ओर आकर्षित करता है। यहां लगभग 82 प्रजातियों की तितलियां देखने को मिलती हैं। तितलियों की सुरक्षा और संरक्षण के लिए यहां कई फूलों के पौधे हैं। रंग-बिरंगी तितलियों की गतिविधि के साथ चारों ओर पानी से भरा होना यह साबित करता है कि यह स्वाभाविक रूप से पयटकों के लिए एक बहुत ही शांतिपूर्ण और सुखद स्थान है।
