About Destination :

Kathotiya also known as “Rabiabad” has been shikargah of nawabs of Bhopal. The place is dotted with more than 65 rock shelters; some of them are more then 10,000 years old, Kathotiya has numerous picturesque landscape, natural waterfalls during monsoon, anthropological sites and adventure activities make it even more attractive destination among the tourists. One can experience the lifestyle, culture and rituals etc. of local bhilala tribe. Local Community members has been trained in hospitality and adventure activities, who in turn are operating the Kathotiya Ecotourism Destination and also makes sure to conserve the nature and forest. The camp has basic rooms and camping is done at the site in tents. Local ethnic cuisine is served at the site which is being cooked and served by the local ecotourism community members.
