Capacity Building
Capacity building of forest staff, guides, rest house care takers, boat men etc. in various aspects of ecotourism is an important function of the Board. Every year the Board organizes training programmes, workshops and exposure visits for the target groups. The board has already touched nearly 800 persons through various human resource development initiatives.
